How do you remove Mold that is dead & permeated into the cement or a other surface like tile, wood & more

At Solutions HOCL™ we talk about removing mold from doors, walls and more.  We were referring to mold that is alive and growing on these surfaces. Our Company is based on our 25-acre Organic Farm and we are constantly finding new ways to use Solutions HOCL™.  Our latest endeavor was to tackle our carport that had green mold discoloration. We first tried the regular way of spraying it with Solutions HOCL™ and did not get the same great results we received when we sprayed our duck “kiddie” pools or the mold that was on doors and walls. Then I realized this was dead mold that was infused into the concrete Solution? 

We wet the concrete and then spread Solutions HOCL™ Powder on the cement and let it sit for an hour.  We came back and sprayed off the concrete and the dead mold stain was gone.
